Your tasks:
- Recording, sorting and distribution of daily electronic and written incoming mail
- Operation of the scanning center: Scanning incoming mail from the office and scanning orders, including timely storage and sorting out after expiry of the retention periods (including scan preparation, transfer of scan products and electronic incoming mail to the BW e-file, including assignment of file and transaction numbers and metadata, assignment of documents to the employees responsible for processing)
- Management of paper files, including sorting out files after expiry of the retention periods in the office building and the external storage facility in Eningen unter Achalm
- Material management (maintaining inventory, ordering and issuing office materials) Documents and destruction of documents after the retention periods have expired
- Processing outgoing mail and courier mail

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Very good written and spoken German
- Reliability, organizational skills and an independent way of working
- Team and communication skills
- Commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Confident use of a PC and good knowledge of MS Office products
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to the current workload
